Established in 2007, our youth counselling hub offers free one-to-one therapeutic counselling to young people aged 12 to 18 years of age in Northeast Scotland. Our counsellors provide a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship, addressing a range of challenges from developmental obstacles to traumatic life experiences.
What we offer
Contact Information
We accept referrals directly from young people. We also accept referrals from family members or professional involved in the young person’s lives, provided they have permission from the young person to do so. To make an appointment for an initial assessment please call our office on 01224 573892
This is an opportunity for the young person to find out more about the service and how it may be beneficial to them.
Thereafter, the young person may choose to end their therapy or choose to go back on the waiting list where they can resume their therapy after having a break.
