About Mental Health Aberdeen
Mental Health Aberdeen is a local charity that provides free counselling and information services to children, young people and adults experiencing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing. We also provide training, awareness raising, and volunteering opportunities for local people looking to support the mental health and wellbeing of residents in Aberdeen City and Shire.

ACIS
In 1987 we formed Aberdeen Counselling & Information Service (ACIS), to provide much needed free counselling to the people of Aberdeen City. ACIS is the largest and longest established third sector counselling agency of its kind in the North East, with a proven-track record of excellent service provision.

ACIS Youth is dedicated to fostering the mental health and well-being of children and young people in the Northeast of Scotland. Our mission is grounded in responsible care and nurture, promoting inclusion, and providing quality therapeutic services.
